Amy MacWilliamson photographs in and around San Francisco, CA. Her inability to cook is offset by her determination to grow vegetables in her own backyard (including a giant potted ginger plant). After a brief stint at teaching, Amy dedicated herself to freelancing full-time, working for national and international magazines as well as corporate clients. In her spare time, she pursues her own personal projects which walk a tightrope between documentary and fine art photography. Amy’s photography career has enabled her to go to the bottom of a coal mine in Illinois, fly in a Black Hawk helicopter in the Mojave Desert, and meet the staff of MythBusters. She looks forward to her next adventure!
